Every company is different. Each production process is different. Each product is different. And consequently each screw conveyor is different. That is why Van Beek only delivers screw conveyors which are exclusively designed for the customer, and are customized for the right application. Quality is obviously a part of the customization, whereby the finishing off depends on the goal for which the screw conveyor is used. This means that it can be as coarse or as polished as possible as needed. Why make it more polished - and therefore more expensive - than needed?

Engineering

The software developed in house supports the process of work preparation and production in a special way. Our engineering department develops the screw conveyor based on a strong parameterized model. This model serves as basis for the work preparation that is completely controlled by a database. This means that all the work preparation steps are basically generated automatically. The big difference with the conventional way of working is that in this way Van Beek can completely customize all the parts. Basically, after this, the person doing the final assembly can put the conveyor together as if it were a kit, without having to leave his work place.

Order handling

A customized solution is one side of the story. The other side of Van Beek is their way of handling the contact, the request for a quotation, the handling of the quotation and the post-sales support.
