Registering for a meeting

Just before an online meeting is to start you will receive an e-mail from us in which there is a link to start the meeting directly. If you cannot open the link you can still start the meeting by entering the details that are indicated in the e-mail (name, meeting and password) and then clicking on Register.

The video screen

On the left side you will see your participant. By checking "hands free" you can talk constantly, if you only want to be heard at certain times then uncheck this box and click on the "talk" button when you want to talk. You can turn the volume up or down so you are clearly understood on the bottom right side.

Before you can use your webcam you first have to agree to send images. Your browser will ask you for this by means of the following screen, check "Allow" to give permission to send your images.

Your participant

In this screen you can see your participant and yourself. This screen also shows which options the person can use, you may temporarily turn off your camera or microphone here.

Sharing documents

In the system it is possible to share documents with your participant and view them together. If you want to share a document, tell your participant. Then under "documents" you can select "upload". You can add the following document types:

• Acrobat pdf (.pdf)
• Powerpoint 2000-2003 (.ppt)
• powerpoint 2007 (.pptx)

If you want to share a particular document, make sure that the documents are present on your computer in one of the supporting formats.
