The SS316 Dino is available in two different models, the Dino DV300 with a basic capacity of 40m³ and the Dino DV400 which has a very high capacity of 80m³, both manufactured from stainless steel 316 (material number 1.4401).
Companies operating in the food and chemical industries, and those working with aggressive products, often specify a stainless steel (316) Dino because of the importance of cleanability, food safety, but primarily because stainless steel 316 is more resistant to aggressive products and environments (such as extreme maritime weather conditions, for example).
With a Dino Bulk Truck Loader, products packed in big bags and/or loose bulk goods such as sodium chloride, citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, citrates, salts and fertilisers can be loaded into bulk trucks, also called silo wagons, using an automated and low-dust loading system. In addition to the intake of big bags and loose bulk goods, it is also possible to load octabins, (25kg) bags and containers with inner liner into the Dino Bulk Truck Loader, or by using a shoveller, also called a front loader or bobcat.
This can bridge heights from 4 to 6 metres, which means that in addition to silo wagons, it is also possible to load rail wagons, big bags and sea containers.
