Filling cabinets

With custom-made Van Beek filling cabinets, there is always a suitable solution for your situation. But our standard models also guarantee dust-free and employee-safe loading of dry bulk goods, preventing product loss and contributing to the safety of your production process.

Bag filling cabinet with dust extraction

Do not underestimate the amount of fine dust that is released when handling bulk goods. Whether this dust is generated when using a spade, or from a bag, big bag or shovel. By using a filling cabinet, an operator can work in greater safety due to dust extraction. By using a filling cabinet, a non-hazardous area (NHA) can be created, or the zone can be scaled down to a safer level (e.g. from ATEX 21 to ATEX 22) after assessment by a Notified Body.

Filling cabinet and big bags

By adding a docking mechanism to your filling cabinet, the emptying of both bagged goods and big bags with a minimum of dust becomes easy. Would you rather empty manually? We can ensure that this can is done at an ergonomic working height and in a safe manner.

Bag filling unit with add-ons

Options and add-ons for a filling cabinet can improve safety and efficiency and further optimise your process, saving you time and money. For example, the following options and add-ons are available:

  • Door open/close indicator
  • Electronic door lock
  • Integrated dust filter
  • Cleaning hatch
  • Ferro magnetic separator
  • Control sieve
  • Lump breaker
  • Bag compactor
  • Bag loader/table

We are happy to discuss the best possible solution with you.
