In standard configuration and available within only eight working weeks, a bulk truck loader offers an efficient and reliable solution.
In standard configuration with limited options means the Dino S-line offers an efficient and reliable solution without any lengthy approval paths. Thanks to clear agreements with our suppliers and careful stock management, we guarantee optimal quality with timely delivery (approx. 8-10 weeks following order confirmation).
The S-line is manufactured with a 304 stainless steel DR300 casing, and can be further enhanced with various options such as fluidising pads, pneumatic hammers and an extension rim with or without a lid. There’s a choice of two different configurations for the actuator, configuration A for 40m³/hour and configuration B with a lower speed but with higher torque for 30m³/hour (this motor is suitable for products with a greater bulk density).
The inlet is equipped with a narrow hopper with steep walls, making it easy for a powder product to enter the screw and the outlet is equipped with manual loading bellows with stainless steel cone. Furthermore, the colours of the machine are also defined in this configuration; the steps, the frame and the actuator are painted using RAL 9006 (black aluminium) and the compressor and hydraulic set are painted in RAL 7021 (black grey).
