Van Beek follows the European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group (EHEDG), Hygienic Design Network (HDN) and Dutch Machinery for the Food Industry (dmfi) guidelines for the appropriate hygienic design of equipment and machinery in various areas of food production. The Van Beek hygienic screw conveyor systems offer you maximum reliability. They meet all the hygiene standards and guidelines relevant to your industry.
Our Hypreme screw conveyors have been specially developed for our customers in the meat and food processing industry and the pharmaceutical industry. By specifying the appropriate combination of materials, finish levels, bearings, seals, drives, inspection and cleaning facilities, Hypreme can be tailored to your required combination of hygienic screw conveyor.
Optional fine sanding (to Ra<0.8µm) of the sheet metal and welds, followed by optional wet blasting. This ensures a very smooth surface, makes cleaning easy and reduces the risk of microbial growth. The choices here depend on the type of product and how you prefer to clean the machines.
Your production process and the required levels of hygiene are paramount in the design of your Hypreme product. We combine half a century’s experience in the design and manufacture of screw conveyors with our reliable network of selected suppliers of components and materials, and with the expertise and guidelines of institutes such as HDN and EHEDG. We can supply our machines to comply with the American FDA standards for food-contacting parts and, if required, we can also meet the EC 1935/2004 regulation for materials and objects liable to come into contact with foodstuffs.
Van Beek is a member of Dutch Machinery for the Food Industry (DMFI), a branch group of the Koninklijke Metaalunie, which represents the interests of entrepreneurs who supply machinery and installations to the food processing industry.
