Dino steel

The steel Dino is available in two different models, the Dino DS300 with a basic capacity of 40m³ and the Dino DS400 which has a very high capacity of 80m³ (material number for this steel is S235).

Companies operating in the construction, plastics or recycling industries, also known as the “raw sector”, often specify a steel Dino due to the fact that steel is stronger than stainless steel and therefore more resistant to wear and tear. Furthermore, this type of industrial hygienic cleaning is either less critical or not required, which means that a stainless steel version is not necessary.

With a Dino Bulk Truck Loader, products packed in big bags and/or loose bulk goods such as cement, concrete, mortar, limestone, soda ash, bentonite, glass fibre, polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) can be loaded into bulk trucks, also known as silo wagons or tankers, using an automated and low-dust loading system. In addition to the intake of big bags and loose bulk goods, it is also possible to load octabins, (25kg) bags and containers with inner liner into the Dino Bulk Truck Loader, or by using a shoveller, also called a front loader or bobcat.

This can bridge heights from 4 to 6 metres, which means that in addition to silo wagons, it is also possible to load rail wagons, big bags and sea containers.
