In the food, pharma and chemical industry, easy to clean and inspect screw conveyors are crucial. That’s why we developed the EasyClean concept.
The screw conveyor usually has bearings on a single-side and runs completely on a rail construction (linear guiding) on an integrated frame in line with the screw conveyor. The whole screw can be removed horizontally from of the body of the EasyClean screw conveyor.
With a support frame, the twin screw can also be removed from the casing in line with the screw conveyor.
EasyClean with swivel arm makes cleaning and inspection even easier. The screw is then removed in horizontal direction and tilted away from the conveyor in its entirety, so that the screw and the casing are fully and easily accessible by the operator.
