We have configured the Dino ATEX specifically for loading hazardous products, or for loading products in hazardous working environments. This configuration is available for all Dino Bulk Truck Loader types and in compliance with the applicable ATEX guidelines.
The design is based on maximum dust reduction and the highest possible loading speed. In this version of the Dino, all hotspots that could possibly cause an explosion have been safely modified. The Dino ATEX is developed for each project in cooperation with our notified body. Every Dino ATEX is supplied with an ATEX construction file. It is, of course, possible to modify this Dino to suit your requirements, within the framework of the technical options that we have for the ATEX design.
ATEX is frequently requested by companies that operate in the food and chemical industries, for example for handling starch, sugar, milk powder, lactose, aluminium powder and magnesium powder. Consequently, the DR400-EX or DV400-EX are often selected, both of which have a capacity of 32m³/h due to ATEX modifications.
