A growing number of clients call us in at an early stage for the maintenance of their machines. Our specific knowledge of the machine combined with our clients’ maintenance requirements and programmes are increasingly often resulting in the establishment of agreements in a maintenance contract.
The procedure for this follows a number of steps:
Step 1. In proper consultation with the user, we decide on the content and frequency of maintenance to be carried out, an estimate of spare parts and possible costs of down time. We also use among other things PAS 55 Asset Management (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PAS_55) or a client’s own system. You, our client, have the final say, of course.
Step 2. Van Beek plans and monitors maintenance. In close consultation with the responsible officer a service visit is scheduled focussing on minimising downtime and costs. Then you don’t have to worry any more about this. Urgent repairs or adjustments are carried out immediately or again scheduled for the near future
Step 3. For each service visit you receive a report and recommendations to use in and for your own risk assessment.
Step 4. We contact you periodically to schedule a maintenance visit. The frequency depends on the agreed intervals. We action this, so you don’t have to worry about it further.
In addition to the regularly planned maintenance visits, on a special telephone number, you get a 24/7 direct line to our service department. Here too: a short downtime is sacred and immediate action is assured.
Finally it is worth mentioning that the contract can be terminated the same day. So you are never tied to anything!
